hkoffee® is a system that digitizes coffee machines and grinders in HORECA (HOtels, REstaurants and CAfeterias). Created for the Coffee Roasters and Distribution industries.
hkoffee® adopts a plug & play strategy to interface with the bank of coffee machines, which makes it compatible with virtually any manufacturer and model.
The data captured allows transforming the roaster's SAT, enabling preventive maintenance and eliminating unproductive visits, thanks to the empirical information obtained.
In sales, hkoffee provides the commercial area with all the information on consumption, typologies and the weekly and intra-hourly seasonal analysis of each HORECA customer.
With hkoffee®, baristas can check the quality of the coffee cups produced and the compliance with the roaster's recipe, acting only in those cases that deserve their attention.
RuralData
